  • Electrical Safety Inspection: Manufactured Homes MUST have the proper electrical safety decals in place before you can legally sell them. If you have any questions about where to locate the labels, give me a call and I am happy to help locate it, or recommend an electrician to get a new one.

  • Anchors: Some mortgage and home insurance companies require that the home be anchored to the foundation.

  • Marketing: MLS websites don't often feature manufactured homes in high visibility areas, using advanced targeted ad campaigns, I can make sure your listing is shown to the right buyers.
